There’s still time to share your input! The Consumer Statewide
Needs Assessment Survey is open until June 25, 2018.

Your answers will help prioritize services supporting continued and expanded Independent Living locally, regionally, and statewide.

We also have a Word version of the survey if needed. Email the completed survey to bradw@nysilc.org.

The New York State Independent Living Council (NYSILC) works to promote Independent Living (IL) for people with disabilities across New York State in partnership with the statewide network of centers. Independent Living is a peer-based model run and supported by people with disabilities, with the goal of ensuring access to the services needed to improve quality of life in the community.
