Support FLIC Today and Everyday!
Dear Friends of FLIC,
During this difficult year, the staff and Board of the Finger Lakes Independence Center (FLIC) continued our services to advance our mission to empower all people with disabilities while creating an inclusive society through the elimination of social and architectural barriers. Our Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program and the Loan Closet have been our busiest program, though our individual, community, and legislative advocacy has continued as well. Since we strive to meet the needs requested by individuals, home ramp construction, employment services, benefits applications and qualified advice, peer support, housing, aging services, school supports, and more are available programs.
Today, FLIC is asking for your financial support. Your financial contribution will help fill the gaps in funding and expand our services. Whatever amount you give, your support will help FLIC continue work at every level to assist people in Tompkins County to remove barriers to full participation in our wonderful community.
To donate to FLIC you can go to our website to make a donation, send it through the mail, or call 607-272-2433 to ask about other options. While you are at it, like and follow the FLIC Facebook page.
