The 3rd Annual Americans with Disabilities Act Scavenger Hunt
Did you know the Americans with Disabilities Act, which provided equal rights to people with disabilities, will be celebrating its 29th anniversary this July? To celebrate, FLIC is hosting the 3rd annual “Hunt for Independence,” another fun and fantastic community scavenger hunt.
Teams of 1 or more people will go out into the community to ‘hunt’ for inclusive, accessible features. A final celebration will be held for all participants on 7/26/19 from 1:00-2:30. Let’s get together and experience the ways the American with Disabilities Act supports independence for all.
