The Try it Room (TIR)

Our Try it Room has items that can help with daily living for individuals with a range of abilities.  We have assistive technology for the kitchen, help with dressing, medication management and dexterity.  We have items that can help someone who is blind or has low vision, or who is deaf or hard of hearing.

The Try it Room is a great program for individuals to see what is available that can aid in daily living tasks.  It is also a great resource for service providers to help share what is available to clients to foster independence in daily living tasks.

The items in our Try it Room are available for loan for a one-month period with no deposit.  If you borrow an item that is helpful and you would like to purchase it for yourself we can provide information for you to do so.  Stop in today and check out our Try it Room, we may have just the thing you’ve been looking for.
