WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: ANYONE ENTERING THE BUILDING MUST WEAR A MASK (we can provide one if you don\u2019t have one), and MUST FOLLOW 6 FOOT SOCIAL DISTANCE GUIDELINES. HAND SANITIZER WILL BE AVAILABLE. OUR RESTROOMS ARE FOR STAFF USE ONLY.<\/p>\n

The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program and the Registry is continuing to operate during the pandemic because the services provided through these homecare programs are essential services.<\/p>\n

If you have questions or other needs that we can help with, you can call FLIC during regular business hours of Monday \u2013 Friday 9AM \u2013 5 PM at 607-272-2433.<\/p>\n

For general questions 2-1-1 operators will have the most up-to-date information and guidance provided by the Tompkins County Health Department. \u201c2-1-1 is a trusted resource in our community, and they can ensure that the public\u2019s inquiries are responded to in the most efficient manner,\u201d said Frank Kruppa, Public Health Director.<\/p>\n

2-1-1 should be used for non-medical inquiries only. Calls regarding health and medical inquiries should be directed to the Health Department at 607-274-6604.
