Will install the Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) for adults of any age and also offers linkage to other long term care services that help older adults and others live as independently as possible with the highest quality of life. These include transportation, home delivered meals, in-home assistance, small home modifications, supports for family caregivers, and more.
